Here's my pick to Donna Karan's Spring 2009 Collection. The simplicity and elegance of Donna Karan's dresses equates to versatility. I myself think that Donna Karan is headed on to another metallic battle with Donatella Versace.
These three dress are my fave at the Donna Karan's Spring 2009 Collection Fashion Show. The first sleeveless dress is made with fine olive drab liquid satin featuring an elegant side knot to add more sleek to it.
The second one occupies the top of my fave dresses. Plunging V neckline topped with smoked tea embroidered tissue napa bomber vest plus the smoked tea liquid satin reflection sarong skirt.
The third dress is a racerback draped minidress which has the same fabric quality as the other two. Inspired by ever popular liquid satin, its simple and looks comfortable to wear. Visit Donna Karan's Spring 2009 Collection to pick your own piece.

Versace Fall 2009 Collection, Ready-to-Wear
Donatella Versace is obviously on metallic these days. Her new Fall 2009 Ready-to-Wear collection unveiled a new line of metallic and paillette-laden pieces. Among the dresses I faved at the runway are the ones above. Metallic is the language from midnight blue, silver, gunmetal, and various shades of gray.
Trenches and coats were not salvaged from Donatella's paillette addiction. All these daywears are just perfect for this season. These are the best class of clothes there is at the show yet from these, the fifth one (counting from left to right, top to bottom) is my ultimate fave.

Versace Metallic Shopper
This Italy-made Versace Metallic Shopper is a real hypnotizer. I saw this bag online and I just can't stop staring at it. It reminds me of a cheap bag that I bought 5 years ago that almost have the same shape. Of course Versace is Versace. What I like about this bag is its being spacious. Unlike most of the tote bag that offers much space at the top, this Versace Metallic Shopper gives you that fab look: simplicy and glam combined.
The widelink goldtone chain straps looks great but they are quite uncomfortable for me I think. So you better not stuff this bag too much. Otherwise, prepare for that real painful shoulder. If you are a wash-and-go type of woman, this bag is for you.
This comes with the usual medusa head coin dangles on one side. The perforated leather is cool for me although some of my friends didn't like it. I think that I still deserve what I think is beautiful so I still consider Versace Metallic Shopper in my keep-list. A online authorized seller has it for $2,280.00 USD.

Versace Woven Leather Satchel
It may not be that obvious but I love bags! Especially everything created by Versace. If you love Versace like I do, you'll definitely love this lime Versace Woven Leather Satchel. Versace sold out some of their bag items on sale but we never get the chance to even see it in store. It was probably bought second after it was announced. People seemed to be no longer sleeping.
Enjoy this luxe bag at $1995. I'm still on the waiting list and there's really a "wait in the wait. I imagine myself strolling along the shops in the mall wearing a white coat in a cold new york. But hey, this is kind of versatile and you can wear sandals and your favorite light-colored dress to compliment. Just perfect for the summer season.
Its quite big at 10"W x 7"H x 5 3/4"D and spacious. Its very functional with pockets for cellphone and your handy PDA. Genuine leather with interior and fashionable zip. What more can you ask for?
